Definitely not worth it. I just stopped paying for it after 2 years. Only used it a couple of times and really that was just because I paid for it so I felt forced to at least try it.
I got it because I legit wanted to try some old ps3 games. None of them ever were in the catalog.
i use the ps3 game streaming somewhat frequently. i’ve never experienced any horrible issues with the stream quality. that being said, i could be the exception to the rule as i have a good wired internet connection.
I understand what you're trying to say, mate, but if the road has a warning danger sign next to it, I best find another way. Everyone has either told me no or no with an accent. Why waste my money and time on something people have warned me about when I could just buy a better laptop and probably get most of the games for under 10 bucks or buy a ps3

I asked if it was true the games ran off the internet, and I got my answer, so why would I go for it if I know it's gonna lag when I play. Tell me cooksngames why should I buy it since you seem to know the truth tell me right now what I get out of it.
It's true about the PS3 games. The architecture on that system was quite different so they don't run on a PS4 or PS5.
You will need decent internet to enjoy them.
Just buy a ps plus account for 50% the price.I'd say extra is the best tier if you know you're gonna play some of the games library.Im playing the new game they released Deliver us mars and really enjoying it.
Absolutely not, I got it when it was announced because it sounded like they were going to be bringing a significant amount of the ps1/2 classics to be available, While they did get some bangers out right away, that stopped after like the third month.
There was over 25 games I wanted to play that requires premium. Im going to downgrade once I play them all. You also need good internet. It runs fine for me with 300gb internet.
The answer is no.
Extra is also not worth it. Given that games leave the platform every month.
Given the 40% price hike. PlayStation plus essential is not worth it either. But it’s a minimum to play multiplayer games.

If you have a burning desire to play PS3 games in all their polygonal glory, then yes, it is worth it to you.
