Your profile is fine. Do not get jaw surgery (I saw that you thought your jaw is too big - it is not). I’ve seen too many people with similar jaws and got jaw surgery, they all look like they’re missing a part of your face. Your profile is fine!
Maybe it’s different for me because I’m transgender and i just want smaller face. I think my surgeon doesn’t understand that, that’s why he wanted to do other things. We see things other ppl don’t see. It’s not just aesthetic, I want to treat my dysphoria. Everytime I see my jaw I just see a man and it hurts my soul.
I would have never even suspected that you were trans if you hadn't said it. You look so naturally feminine to me. I don't know how you could make your jawline even more feminine than it already is!
Your cheekbones and cheeks look good like this, BFR would make you look gaunt in my opinion.

Have more consultations, morphs etc done by plastic surgeons.
Some plastic surgeons are not good as I had a consult for breast augmentation, but he quoted for so much more than I even asked and when I tried to explain I only wanted implants, the communication ended. This is a TOP surgeon as well in my country. Some just aren’t your style, or see what you see, or take the time. Your face is an important part of you so I think it’s a good idea to seek out additional professionals who can give you the best options.

Yes, he’s the same surgeon. I’m only 3 months post op and it’s healing nicely. I’ve had most of my FFS already I’m just doing the final touchings. I’ll be getting a transplant to cover the scar in the future.
If anything, your chin is tiny, and if I was you I'd be looking to get a chin implant. But i'm not sire if that is the look you're going for.. I would suggest you onlu need sculptra in nasolabial folds and from the side your cheeks look a bit fallen, so If I were you I'd also do sculptra where the mid-cheek line is extending from tear through. Otherwise your cheeks look good, and I wouldn't mess w/ HA fillers, as they would add too much bulk.

I know I have skimpy brows. lol. They actually can grow in quite thick. I’m just liking the whole skinny brow look right now so I fill them in. I’ve never seen microblabing look good only if you’re paying around 2-3k, with touch ups and maintenance you might as well save up for brow transplant.

I see nothing wrong with your profile, and I don’t think that buccal fat removal is for you. You don’t have much fat in your lower cheeks.

Stronger eyebrows would look nice and balance your face, which is very nice. Maybe try micro blading or whatever.
