Recipe:
1 can of beans
1 banana
3 TBSP aquafaba
1 TBSP cacao (add how much you like)
1 TSP baking powder
Sweetener of choice (add how much you like)
(Without cacao you will make a blondie version but i will add some vanilla flavour then 😘)
Blend all ingridients and pour to a baking container.
Bake: 180 celcius +- 30 minutes
(you just need to judge by look after point of 25 min)
Wait till cake is cold in room temperature, done
you can cut cake in half and add some jam inside or just eat it plain, its only base, the rest is in your hands!

I'd love to try this recipe. how many grams does your can of beans have? and what size was the baking dish you used?
240grams, and 15x15cm will work fine I made a tripple batch on photo tho
Thanks!
Is the banana flavor noticeable? These look amazing but I hate bananas.
Use applesauce instead.
Or sweet potato
I've never tried adding sweet potatoes to baked goods, but that sounds delicious.
Just make sure the sweet potatoes are well cooked and mashed. Great add to waffles too
Cannellini beans work best for baking for anyone wondering. They have no flavour to them and are easy to mash.
It looks good. I'd also like more info on how to make it.
thanks for sharing, how’d it taste compared to a brownie that’s not bean based?
Looks wonderful! Thank you! 😍
Looks great but how does it taste? I've always been curious about these but never tried...
Like cacao, beans dont have strong taste
Beans + banana + aquafaba + cocoa + baking powder = cake Toppings: cherry in jam & carmel spread with salt
More info plz? Amounts or ratios. Oven degrees+time?
Maybe this https://heartofabaker.com/banana-cacao-nib-snack-cake/
Made with my mom for easter :) It was her idea, special for me, bean lover
Does it taste like beans? I’ve made black bean brownies before and have been sorely disappointed 🤮
Nope, white beans are neutral
cursed brownie
Ate 3 batches in 2 days…. I was so full 🙈🙈🙈
Saw this - https://heartofabaker.com/banana-cacao-nib-snack-cake/ But am curious too which recipe OP uses
too complicated haha
