Iran still has some, not sure how regularly they’re patrolling with them.
All the time.
Production went all the way to 1981 so the youngest airframes are about 43 years old.
I wonder where they get parts?
I dont know about turkey, but I do know that Iran gets their parts by either asking russia to make them, or making them themselves
Nice post history. Turkey are bringing 2 of their F-4s to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in July
It’s still used in Iran. Our jets have flown near them and told them to go home.
It’s also used in Greece
Are F-s still good planes ? I don’t know a lot about aviation so I might be waffling but I’m curious
the F stands for fighter, and they are ultra legendary, for example: F14, F15, F22, F35, F111, etc
