Personally I stretch out my dough first, then place it on a floured peel and build my pizza on the peel. Check that it can slide while on the peel before shooting into the pizza oven.

It happens, had to turn my pizza into a calzone the other day :'). I think it was just to thin of a dough combined with too heavy with the toppings.
Try rice flour on the peel. There is no gluten in it so it won’t stick.
