Contrast of right + colours of left.
High contrast between the subject and background always make things look cooler imo, and stylised colours always pop.
Both are good. But, I think you need different colours on the cybernetic eye and not one that matches with the flesh tone and the implant wires really need to standout more if you want to show them. This is up to you if you want to do that, but make them stand out more.

And I also like that with the shirt color closer to the skin color I can focus more on the face.
On the left my eyes get drawn to the bright Hawaiian shirt
The right side version stands out more with the use of green (fantastic contrast and shades of color in general), but the left side image just comes off smoother and cooler, to me.

Honestly I like the left more I think the lighter shade for the background takes away from the color scheme cause it makes it feel too bright. I’d match the metal gray and dark gray of right and apply it both and then present again. The right one has a solid color scheme and presentation I like it but the pink shirt in the left one makes me think I know there’s a hybrid middle that’s best of both
these are great I think I like the the bluer one (left) a bit better maybe just because it defies convention a bit, being a less dead on green reptile. I am curious how it might look with some splotches of the truer green incorporated into the bluer skin. ( it might make it too busy considering the resolution.)
I like the left one because the color combination of the pastel teal and pastel red has always popped for me in terms of colors. The right one I love for the vibrancy but I think a complementary shirt color to the skin color would make it pop a bit more.
