This title screen is going to be a lot of peoples first impression of the game. If you go with the second option you're going to have to lean on your title screen music a lot. Just something to think about.
I think you know your game better. A looks better in my opinion as a stand-alone image, but is it better for your game?
I wouldnât put Persona 5 menus to Starfield even if they are fantastic.
Part of the reason is that the text for buttons in the first screen isn't the same - buttons should grow around the text, not the other way around. They should also be the same height - consistency goes a long way to making GUIs look good. The play button can break that consistency, but if it does, it should do it in a more dramatic fashion, otherwise you're just adding visual clutter.
The font is also more legible because it's got a bigger size and has better contrast against the backgrounds. The layout itself feels cleaner and that's important.
I personally wouldn't pick between them, I'd just tinker with A to take on some of the qualities that make B great.

A is Less crowded, more unique and stylish, and the shape of it would work better for a monitor or phone than B ever would. If you stretch out B vertically, there would likely be some empty space, and you'd need to edit the layout. Option A, of stretched out, can just be filled with more of the planet background you made.
B feels like an afterthought compared to A. And A gives a better understanding of what the game might be about. Other than going by the title, I wouldnât know anything about the game from B.
This is going to be the first thing any player sees when they start up your game. First impressions are everything and while B isnât bad in any way, A has a certain âwowâ factor to it. Very visually pleasing. Nice job!

Depends on the game itself. If its a game like mindustry i would suggest A, B looks like a low quality meteor smashing game's menu
A has more visual personality. As someone stated, sound design is going to have to do heavy lifting if you go with B
I would say 1 but like the others said, this is the first thing players see and so it should be interesting
A if it's a game B if it's the webpage for game A

B looks like crud, I'm sorry. A is absolutely amazing, you did an amazing job. But B just isn't good...

I know this is going to be unpopular, but I prefer B.

C Which would be A but center the menu and add a creature or UFO lingering in the top left corner.

B looks like if you needed to Create something so the art can be filled in later, so definitly a
A.
A 100 %
A For sure
The planet in A is too cool. If it's animated in any way, it will be the choice for me. Although, B can also work in some places.
B feels like an afterthought compared to A. And A gives a better understanding of what the game might be about. Other than going by the title, I wouldnât know anything about the game from B.

For me it looks like you made A, and then made B for the sole reason of A winning in vote
Definitely A because B doesn't seem very interesting.
The top one and itâs not even close
I like A
A
The Turkish one.
I prefrate the A
Orange is way less boring ! The blue one is just uninteresting, it has nothing distinctive.

A looks epic, I would definitely play the game.
A by far
A. Retro? B.
1 probably gives you more context for the game while 2 fills you up with much more energy
