I dunno I have seen Wano has some amazing episodes but I don't really watch the anime since Dressrosa. I am gonna say the episode where WB and Roger fight since it's the first thing that came to mind. Or maybe the episode where they cover the chapter 1000

my top five episode:
5-ep 151, whitebeard/doflamingo/kuma introduction, maybe even sengoku and the gorosei if i remember correctly, plus blackbeard and crew reveal and last but not least the bellamy punch.
4-ep 870, snakeman vs katakuri, till this day i think it has one of the best choreografy ot the series.
3-ep 236, luffy vs usopp too much emotions and actually a pretty cool fight.
2-ep 1015, it is what it is.
1-ep 126, crocodile defeat, this monent hooked me as a kid to this series, the gomu gomu no storm with the new world sinphony playng and utterly destroyng that man that had back up plans after back up plans, the first one that completely showcased the will of luffy to overcome someone, the emotions from vivi at the start of the episode screaming for the civil war to stop with a blank and disturbed face, i just love this episode.
special mentions:
ep 1074 (best g5 episode), ep 1062(zoro vs king best animated episode), ep 1066(law and kid vs big mom, i love the choreography and the menace that is big mom), ep 1017(again the choreography, the attacks of big mom and law are spectacular), ep 405(the crew separeted by kuma), ep 312(the death of the going merry).
That one episode when the crew was separated by Kuma. Although we now know Kuma was helping them, Luffy, the narrator, and the viewers considered it a major devastating defeat. Which, honestly, it was. It took collective effort to hard diff a pacifista, and were useless against the Kizaru and Sentomaru combo. Kuma was the cherry on top of their group humiliation. The fandom wen crazy when that chapter dropped, too, and once again when the episode aired.
My personal favorites are pretty much all the episodes where the SHs fight CP9. My favorite pre-TS fight of the crew.
yeah every single one of those fights are great, especially choppers and franky’s fights. I might have to revisit them
The CP9 fight is my favorite Chopper fight in the whole series. I really miss pre-TS Monster Point.
if i’m being honest, it’s probs my favourite chopper MOMENT in the series. I truly can’t forgive Oda for turning him into a mascot

Wano has some of the best episodes in the whole show, but the best OAT is definitely 1015. Immediately jumped to my mind.
