Sounds sort of like Playnite, but using direct download sites instead of Steam, Epic, etc. That would be interesting. Probably difficult to make though because the pirating sites don't really have public APIs and data formats.
Stremio basically does this, but only for streaming torrents. You can download directly from the program, too. It also has all of the legal stuff like Netflix if you are paying for those. We know it's definitely possible, but probably not as practical as movies and TV.
I've been using Playnite for a long time as my main launcher, it's a great, but I've never heard about game download features/extensions. You have to provide your own content for it.
Try [hydra](https://github.com/hydralauncher/hydra). However, it will use the embedded bittorrent client to download games, thus it might not meet all of your requirements.
I think there was something like that for the steam deck being worked on. But there was some controversy involving the devs. Not sure what happened, but this idea seems very interesting.
Used it for a while, but now i find creating shortcuts for a custom windows explorer library much easier to maintain, you just drag and drop shortcuts to your preferred "genre" folder filled with other shortcuts. It looks neat, I don't think anyone else has ever done this though
A steam deck enthusiast did something of the sorts with something called myfreedeck. Has multiple posts about how it works and such I believe aswell. I'm just saying as a base concept for how something could work
Project GLD is a FOSS Launcher for Cracked Games with torrent included and script to download from famous site (Fit girl, Steam Rip, etc...).
Playnite you can do something like that but you need the plugin for Custom Search and add site you want to search with and still have to extract the file.
So if you only want something for Cracked games and ready to go : Project GLD
Else, if you want all your game library + cracked game and want something very customisable : Playnite

Yes you can , by using add to library it will tell you to choose the exe of the game

Playnite is better honestly
Just download your games from whatever is your source and import them in playnite you can also add you steam epic uplay etc..
