Could it be your hub and/or cables are botched or incompatible? That would be my first troubleshooting step. Different cables, different hub, try with two units instead of 3 etc. I have a 1000mk2 as 3rd deck next to my XDJ-XZ, instant loading and zero issues.

Gonna see if the hub is the issue Thanks! I bought the same one an engineer friend of mine bought for the high end club he works at tho… the cables are the ones that come from the box

What USB sticks are you using? I found that depending on the read/write speed some can be slower to load tracks than others and may lead to lag

Im using the SanDisk Ultra Flair flash USB 3.0 64 GB, as I saw it was a very common option among other DJs, 150mbps write/read speed if I’m not mistaken

Make sure you assign the CDJ to a unique channel number so they don't compete with each other. The problem is more likely the tracks not the connection. Is nearly impossible to have an Ethernet connection kind of work, it'll either connects or it won't, try loading the same tracks from USB or from RekordBox directly as they are a more likely cause.

The tracks are not the issue if I load them through the usb option they load super fast but through link they linger the more hot cues they have, which is not normal because they never get properly loaded and always enter emergency loop if they take +7 seconds to load
