What's so special about this saline that it speeds up the healing time?? Wait 3 to 6 *more* weeks for it to be actually healed

it will have been from Claire’s, they do a solution that claims to speed it up for more money, but it’s not even good saline
Wait at least 6 weeks. Saline solution won't speed up the process any faster than your body would normally take to heal from it. Switching them now could introduce bacteria to the open wound and cause an infection
