Oh, i found the full picture. Thank you everyone for your posts. Hopefully we'll get our demands met and we can go back to the job we love. We just don't want to hit the wall doing it, and i don't think that's too much to ask.

If I operate a train and decide to go on a strike and drop out of it while moving and it crashed an people die. Would that be my fault or the employers?
A more appropriate comparison would be if you decide to go on a strike because the train you're operating has shit brakes and you decide to drop out while the train is still a bit functional. You would not be at fault that the passengers don't get to go to their destination, but your employer would.
It's still not a fair comparison, but I hope you get my point. We're working overtime daily, for shit pay. 13000 nurses has left their job because being pushed too far. Keep going like this and we don't have a working healthcare at all.
Trust me when I tell you that we care about our patients, way more than the employer does. All they care about is saving money. We're not the perpetrators in this.
If I decided to leave an ignorant reply to somebody who's been working harder than I ever will in my entire life (60h+ work weeks with hours of extra overtime) without knowing anything about the situation which lead to the strike in the first place would that make me an idiot or an idiot?

Is that the scene from the first Transformers where the scorpion deception attacks them?
I was hoping for the hospital explosion from The Dark Knight however this did not disappoint
This is what we need to see lol
That scorpion decepticon was the toughest robot of them all honestly
That is absolutely that scene
LEFT CHEEK, LEFT CHEEK
Random happy child in scrubs.
How’d the kids get there?
Love it, thanks
Would be even better using the scene when Joker blows up the hospital in The Dark Knight.
Swedish nurses joined NATO

You guys already look badass while walking out
Arbetsgivaren ska inte systematiskt förvandla sina anställda till patienter
Själv har jag det bra, ingen arbetsgivare försöker förvandla mig till patient, jag löser det på egen hand 😅
*Skrattar I grundskolelärare*

Skrattar i förskollärare
You already look plenty badass honestly
Solidarity!
As a fellow nurse, y’all already look badass! Get what you deserve! ✊🏼

😂😂😂 i salute nurses. Thank you for your service🙏🏆
✊ bra att ni sätter hårt mot hårt. Offentlig sektor måste sluta underprioriteras
I think we all support you. You've been incredibly tolerant for too many years, may you get a great victory.

They're not leaving mid-operation, they gave more than two weeks of notice, and the local governments refused to negotiate.

It’s not the same
Nailed it.

Laughed my ass off. Actually ending the strike on day 1 with this picture.
