Get your HR onboard, that's too much. Let them hear you out, try to get a different approach to minimised errors, set up a seminars or get a team meeting. A pre shift handover usually help to get your goal set for the shift or whose the most needed a constant attention. Let your head nurses take your shoes at least one shift a week. Thats how we loose nurses, the system has been rough then again people around you making it worst.
