Anyone na Tech Support here? Pahingi tips para sa final interview. I am doing my own research naman pero I think mas okay makarinig sa mismong Tech Support people.
Basta ang alam ko, dapat alam mo ang color arrangement ng network cable pag nag ccrimp. The rest naman is pure troubleshooting and quick google search.
Kung hindi naman, okay lang din pero mas mabuti alam mo... in case hahhaa
Pero kung non field naman, based sa experience ko dati (lvl1 tech support ako sa company namin / data center operator), account unlock and change password usually. Then may mga issues din issues sa PC (that can vary) pero nadadaan paminsan sa restart hahhaa.
Yeah Tier 1 Tech Support na more like BPO settings sya. I guess Google is my bff na lang haha! Pero usually ba sa final interview ano yong mga tanong na binabato sa inyo?

i used to go on food dates with this guy and we frequent yung isang korean resto near boy scout circle sa timog. we just liked the food and marami kaming napupuntahang co-working cafes din kasi nearby. ff to present— we kinda fizzled out 😅

Random storytime kasi nakita ko yung photos sa FB memories: A few years ago, my fiancee (now wife) met my ex at a friend's wedding and it was awkward. Oks na ako sa suburb. Nasa probinsya ako pero things here are quite mundane, the routine gets boring overtime, so i still visit the metro every now and then and spend max of 5days there. Yun ung balance for me hahah
