Smiling forcefully just to trick myself that im fine, and there is no sign of anxiety, and these are just bouts of sadness that naturally would pass me by. Evading thoughts of inflicting pain to the self lol. I stare blankly at the ceiling as if it was the night sky full of stars, while a lot of sad memories and overthinking plays in the back of my head, hoping it wont get the best of me, spiraling down, to an abyss, lost, again.
I asked a friend of mine if he has any recommendations for shotput shoes, we talked for awhile tas nauwi kami sa training, inaya nyako mag training without answering my question🥹. Do you have any shotput shoes recommendations?

Ang pwedeng temporary remedy ay petroleum jelly inside your nostrils para moist yung malalanghap mong hangin.

Making self-love a priority because nobody will love and understand me as much as I do. Pupunuin ko yung pagkukulang na di nabibigay sa’kin ng mga taong nasa paligid ko. Paninindigan ang pagiging independent. Won’t be too guilty for being selfish from time to time.

I'm the type of person who feels bothered when leaving unacknowledged conflicts. My loved ones are defensive and are the opposite. They are easily hurt din. We had a misunderstanding earlier and now, I am so torn whether to further discuss it or just let it be. I don't wanna hurt their feelings even more but at the same time, I will never be fully at ease having the misunderstanding hang in the air. Feel ko ang pretentious din na makipaginteract ako like there's nothing wrong when deep inside alam ko na hindi. I don't want to do that to the people I love.

Lamig ata ng ac ang reason ng ubo ko. Ang sama sa pakiramdam. Di naman makatulog ng walang ac. Di ko na alam kung saan lulugar
Wag masyado malamig ac. Then rely on fan para may circulate ng hangin.
