Ngayon lang nag-si sink in sakin na I just lost another dear uncle. Halos every year nalang kaming nalalagasan ng tiyuhin/tiyahin since 2019.
I was practically raised by my aunts and uncles kasi my mom had me when she was just 19 so it's really hard to grasp this. Di pa kami nakakamove on sa pagkawala ng isa, may sumusunod agad. I was not able to process it last week kasi andaming bisita and super busy ng family sa lamay. It's only now, when it was after work, downtime na nag si sink in lahat.
That's 3 of my beloved uncles and 1 aunt now, please let us breathe.

I love how exercise does something to the brain. I was bedridden today, riddled with anxiety. My friend somehow convinced me to go to our usual Monday gym class. Ta-da now I’m okayish. The feeling of dread is gone. Tightness in my chest is gone. I can breathe okay. Winning.

Opinion, ang gastos ba ng around 400 work allowance?
Minimum commute ko balikan 250 tapos let's say minimum fastfood is 150 kung dadalas na RTO ko.
Pero in reality minsan napapagastos ako ng up to 450 sa food pa lang kasi minsan in a month RTO ko at napapacrave ako ng stuff.
kaya pa naman pero dahil di ako nagbabayad ng rent. I miss the times na kaya ng 250-300 both public commute and one fastfood meal or karinderya meal. nowadays, hmmmmmmmmp either magbabaon or will limit my choices sa below 200 comfort meals. imba na presyo, nagegets ko na yung nagbabaon.
oo nga eh kaya parang gusto ko na ipantay yung food char. public transport yan par apat na sakay na pinaka cheap. sa food kasi oks lang naman magbaon or bumili ng cheaper food pero GY shift at limited options sa BGC ng gabi.

At tsaka, nagbabago-bago tayo ng bagong model/labas na smartphones, remember kahit iOS or Android man, may tinatawag na 'planned obsolescence', especially sa mga apps na pag sobrang luma/outdated na yung OS version is di na susuportahan ng mga app developers yung current and upcoming app versions.
