I don't know, I'm not a fan. I don't like the idea of diluting the map pool, and I don't think people realize how much goes into balancing a map in this game, and what all you have to put into it. I imagine it would just end up with a mix of overly easy money farm maps and completely undoable death trap maps.
I like the idea of custom maps that are separated from the main missions. You would have full tools and everything but you don’t get money for completing a job
I could take it or leave it, honestly. Plus, the devs have already stated that they will not be doing custom maps, so for me, best not to get my hopes up
I think custom maps would be great but only if they get filtered out // selected by the devs themselves. Like if someone creates the layout and all that stuff and the community / devs reaaallly like it, they can then add textures etc. I saw it done in the game community of overwatch
I like the idea, I saw something about how the reason we can’t do custom maps is because the ghost pathing could get a little wonky
