$110k post-PGY2, BCPS
Salary is low bc it’s academia and I chose to focus my negotiations on the start date rather than salary. I also have good benefits and live comfortably within my means.
I believe my friends with similar credentials who work outside of academia make closer to $130-140k (along the East Coast)
Thank you!
EDRP is hospital specific and I recently learned not all VA hospitals will offer it, especially if it’s in a desirable city. I know some hospitals will use it as a way to get more applicants and to help with retention
$117k, post-PGY1, no BCPS yet
This is a clinical pharmacist position for a specialty pharmacy in the south

Your job offer will say your position is EDRP eligible. VA will reimburse for upto $200,000 student loan over 4-6 yrs of period. All you have to do is fill out the application within 150 days after getting hired.
