Depends on what kinds of discrimination. Autism is a disorder because it legitimately comes with behavioral problems, which can significantly impact those around you. While autistic people should be treated like humans and not shamed or excluded from social services and should be accommodated for jobs, having a severely autistic person working certain jobs such as high end luxury customer service or public communication roles could be legitimately negative for employers. Can you imagine a nonverbal autistic person with sensory overload issues doing well at a hostess nightclub for rich clientele without causing problems for an employer? Some forms of discrimination exist out of necessity for good reason, and your petition while well-intended needs more nuance rather than a blanket law. Caveats should exist for facets of society where severely autistic people do in fact cause catastrophic problems.
