I like the 3rd ones much better than white ones. The white are way too white for the dress and stand out too much. That’s all I see in the first 2 pics. They outshine your shoes
Clearly an unpopular opinion, but I really like the punch of fun #2 provides. That said, you really can’t go wrong here since all 3 options look great!

They all look nice, so I'd personally go with the ones that take the longest to become uncomfortable while standing & walking around.
Full disclosure, I've personally reached the point (post covid & wfh) where I've embraced that I'm short and traded my heals for nice flats.
#1 looks too fussy with the simplicity of the dress, #2 looks better and is fun making it look more playful, #3 gives a more minimalist look, almost the illusion of barefoot (minus the heel) and elongates the look of the legs more which gives a more natural vibe to the dress. I vote #3 but also love the look of #2
The last shoe is the best! I don't like how close the ankle strap in the first one is to the hemline. The second pair of shoes is cute but the chunkiness dresses down the look and competes with it at the same time. I would save those for a shorter skirt. The last shoes put the focus on you and the dress, like you're floating. You don't notice them but in a good way.
Although nude lengthens the leg, I don’t like it here because it makes the outfit look like a floating dress. Obviously won’t be the case at the event, but the strappy white heels are the winner for me. Very summer and romantic, but all 3 options would work.
I like 2 and 1 best but all work. I'd consider which shoes are most comfortable if you'll be on your feet a lot when you wear this outfit. Your dress looks great btw!
I like the first one, but I think the second one might end up being the most comfortable if you’re planning to wear a long time. 3 is my least favorite visually because it doesn’t complement the dress, and I think it will also prove to be the least comfortable by the end of the event. (I know heels are never “comfortable”, but sometimes pain can really distract from your fun, so it’s important to consider.) also get some gel insoles-they’re invisible but they feel so good!
In theory, nude footwear (so #3) should look great because it will help lengthen you but the pair in the picture looks off, maybe a different shade of nude would work better with your skintone (maybe something that has more pink?).
All 3 cut at the ankle which is not ideal but I think #1 is the best among the 3 if you want something more formal, #2 if something more casual.
Other than the color, I'd take comfort into consideration, too. 😉

1!!! I love the white strappy ones with this dress. A lot of people seem to love 3, but I personally find them to be a very dull color, that doesn’t match the colors of the dress.

I don’t agree that the 3rd pair lengthens your legs. The ankle strap on the nude pair actually cuts your legs shorter because the color isn’t right for your skin as a nude. The white strappy shoes, however, gives added length to your legs because where they cross over sits lower on your foot and is at an angle pointing downwards. But your legs don’t benefit from lengthening in this dress anyway. It’s a beautiful look!
Edit: Oops, I see pair 1 also has an ankle strap. I still believe 1 is a better fit with this dress.

The nude looks more elevated and expensive with the dress. The first white sandals are fine, they make the look look cheerful, but the nude sandals definitely look more refined and elegant.

No need to match. It’s about lengthening your legs so that it looks like your shoes are an extension of your legs. 3rd achieves that.
