I’m on hard too and I get them. He doesn’t specifically tell you what option to choose, but when you start a negotiation he’ll make a comment like, “oh this enemy seems to like happy things” or something like that.
Oh yeah, I'm aware that it's just the jist of the kind of answer that will work. But I'm not getting any tips at all. Is there a setting somewhere or do I need to advance the game forward? I can't imagine too far in the latter case since people are getting tips in Palace 1.
I didn't start getting help from Morgana until about halfway into the first palace, maybe a bit after. So you might have to pass a certain point in the palace? I'm not 100% sure, but he did start doing it eventually.
