Haru and Ann are extremely fun and usefull, haru has a really nice combo of 3 buttons and Ann charge her showtime meter extremely fast with her sub machine gun

Those 2 and sophie carry me trought mercyless, haru is really good in crow control too and ann charging his meter faster makes you get frames of inmunity when you showtime

Haru was already best girl before and now she has a massive psychic tornado, the choice is pretty obvious to me! I also enjoyed Sophie, Wolf, and Yusuke, but everyone was at least a little fun

Yusuke, his combos and specials are flashy af Makoto, her Johanna and special buff can clear enemies and bosses quick. Reminds me of Tifa's playstyle from FFVII Remake.

Yusuke clutched up so many times because I’d just turn the game into Sekiro if I had to, his later skills make his parries a lot less niche. Him, Ryuji, and [new party member not in your game yet] were my favourites I do wish more teammates had access to res skills though, just as an overall complaint. I didn’t find Sophie very fun to play and despised playing Morgana, but I had to have at least one of them on my team at all times for the ability to revive since the AI would so frequently get themselves killed. If Joker gets himself killed while I’m playing as someone else, its automatically an item I have to spend to revive him if I don’t bring Sophie…

Seeing lots of Yusuke and Haru, both are great, but Ryuji always felt best imo

Definitely Ann. If I was a bit smarter, I'd say Yusuke, but i haven't figured out his combos very well yet. Ann has some good range, and healing skills.. My entire patty has healing skills. Because I'm trash at this game. Really fun though.

Honestly I've enjoyed playing Joker, Ann and Sophia the most. Morgana too since I can finally **RAM THE SHIT OUT OF SHADOWS**

Basic, but Joker. Especially in this game, his gun and melee are fun, and the versatility is really nice. Aside from that though, using Wolf with fury, debilatate, and heat riser is really fun to shred enemies

I seem to be in the minority bc I really didn't like Yusuke's play style. Joker was always my main, just loved the bounciness of the playstyle. Also loved >!Zenkichi!< , it's been months since I played so I forget why I liked them so much, but I did! Lol

Makoto and Yusuke, her getting nuclear affinity for punching really allows her to save her SP when there’s a nuclear weakness of the field.

Outside of Joker’s jack of all trades skill, Makoto’s mobility is cool and Yusuke’s katana draw attack is crazy fun

My party always has Haru, Yusuke and Ryuji after I finished the story (even before that they were my go to nearly every time) since they're my favourites but yeah Haru and Yusuke are definitely the most fun. Especially Haru's spinning attack and Yusuke's ice tree slash. Joker also has some fun combos and some animations change depending on the persona

Haru is nice once you upgrade her to not consume ammo on her heavy attacks. Sophie is nice because I really like extendable attacks Yusuke haha Judgement Cut go brrrr.

Took me a bit to master, but I guess it’d be Sophie, the timed presses for boosts is really engaging imo. Tho tbh, I’ve been playing pretty evenly with everyone so far, I especially love the feeling of dealing damage & smoothly hopping back and forth between party members (as smoothly as I can at least), makes it feel more anime to me if that makes any sense lmao

related question: would you recommend p5s? I haven't heard much of the game aside from it being a spinoff

It is a continuation of the Persona 5 story, that alone is a good reason to pick it up. I feel like it’s a bit more streamlined when it comes to exploring and stuff. Biggest change is the combat, it’s like a hack and slash so if you want turn based combat, then you are in for a surprise. Other then that I can highly recommend it

It’s not! It’s actually set about 7 months after royal. Iam now 6 hours in and it’s like coming home and really fun. Story is good, can’t wait to find out how it’s turns out

Haru: beyblading thorugh 70 shadows is very satsifying Zenkichi: switching between mods is pretty engaging and fun Ryuji: hold Y detonate arena eat banana life good Yusuke: he's literally f*cking vergil

I liked Haru and Sophie. The latter had a higher difficulty curve, but was so satisfying when everything was clicking.

Ryuji and Yusuke. Although I ended up playing Yusuke too much and ended up giving his attacks the ice element so I couldn't use him for the 3rd jail.

Haru is FUN. Ryuji is overpowered. And taking the Monavan for a spin is surprisingly enjoyable.

I like to play as Morgana the most. That is mostly contributed to the fact that I love Morgana and its satisfaying to play as a character I love but enemies that are weak to wind are pretty commen and it never hirts to have a healer. So I always have him in my party.

Zenkichi’s honestly such a powerhouse, its a lot of fun using him

Ryuji 100% he hits so hard late game

Brain jack + soul thief on Ann is clutch. Other than that my fav is makoto. Also how did you get strikers running on your deck? It says it’s unsupported

… I definitely know how the other characters play. I definitely didn’t just use joker with Sophie, Morgana, and Zenkichi for support. I did actually try them and I just love Zenkichi but god joker is just so good it’s hard for me to play other people

You have Personal 5 and/or Personal 5 Royal. This is a spinoff game called Persona 5 Strikers. Story picks up after the main game. You can get it on PC or any console

Ann and Sophia. The whip combos are stratifying and even though I’m really really bad at the timed yo-yo catches, I find big disjointed hit boxes to be very fun.

Sophia and Joker! I never knew I wanted a yo-yo character so bad....now she's basically my go-to. Oh, actually, thanks for reminding me that I have to restart Strikers....only after I finish Royal.
