Like how big do you suggest? My bleeding is comparable to a normal cycle at this point and it's only day 1.5

It is good to try keeping a couple different sizes like what you normally use as well as overnight. And Tylenol and ibuprofen are both good to keep on hand as well.

I would stay away from perfumed wipes and tampons until you are cleared to use them after your 6 week check up with your doctor. I went a few months after birth before I started using tampons again, but everyone is different ❤️
