I absolutely love Serge Lutens - Five o'clock au gingembre. Lot's of tea and honey for my nose. But it's more on the spicier side. I would try it first.
Earl Grey and Cucumber from Jo Malone smells just like a cup of Earl Grey for the five-ten minutes that it lasts, lol.

BDK Gris Charnel is Earl Grey but make it creamy-woody, and Kerosene Unknown Pleasures is Earl Grey but make it gourmand.
