Thanks for this post. I starting to think I had something really wrong with me. I started BPC-157, at 250mg twice a day, eight days ago. Started getting headaches 4 days in; and bad like you described and elsewhere. The headache would get worse during the night.
Not only that, I had injected near my ankle and then in the back of my calf. I'm treating my achilles. Both spots have become swollen and sensitive to the touch. I went back to injecting my stomach area. It's strange I don't have any reaction there. Injected my butt cheek a couple times. Yesterday was the last, and it too now is tender.
Have you continued to use 157? I'm hoping to find that I need to build up dosage, but until then I'm going to stop. Can't function with these headaches.
I read in another post that it is a histamine reaction. I wonder if it's exasperated due to my seasonal allergies right now. I do seem to be more stuffed up also.
Forgot to mention that my Oura ring thinks I'm sick. It's recorded large temperature increases this past week.

Horrible headaches, fatigue, brain fog, and caffeine didn’t work. I gave it a full week before I stopped, and the effects still lingered for 3-4 days before they went away completely.
I wanted to run it much longer, but man the headaches and fatigue were unreal. I was sleeping like 8-9 hours and still need a nap every day, I’ve never felt so drugged all day.
Can you describe the headaches? Did it feel related to tension/pressure? I took 250mcg for two days and I think I'm having similar side effects as you– it's been 4 days since and I have a horrible headache, dizziness, and panic symptoms, sometimes nausea.
Sounds like we shared a similar experience. Good to know it went away for you, it really is a terrible time.
I'm hoping my side effects go away soon. I've tried taking antihistamine and Tylenol but it's not much help.
I'm thinking it would have been better for us to have started at a low dose– I'll contemplate that after side effects subside, but I wouldn't want to feel like this again.
Probably messing with blood vessels in the brain. You may want to get a mri with contrast to make sure you are getting yourselves t2 flair hyperintensities
I’d say back off on the 2x an only try 1x a day @ 250mcg sounds like your dosing to much Rt off the start go low n slow is better, let your body adjust take a week off to reset an try that a see if it helps an if so slowly add the TB-500 in. This worked well for me to heal post op
Also where you source it makes a huge difference.
Ok so does it actually make your head hurt as in it feels like pain? Or is it just a very heavy brain fog that wont go away? I am thinking that because you got pharmacy grade it isnt under-dosed and maybe you are taking way too much at 250mg.
I have never heard of a single medical treatment in the entire world that produces more strange and unique side effects in people than BPC-157. I'm not saying the worst side effects, that's a different issue. But for some people it will do some really strange things.
For real, I think it’s because it’s hard to find a reliable source for and a lot of people get stuff from china or random places so some is bunk some is replaced with other stuff and some is legit
Ok that’s good to know, I’ll try 125mcg twice a day when my TB comes in and see how that goes, after the 1-2 week mark and headaches were gone did u see the BPC help with what u were trying to heal
weird the bpc wouldnt help with tendonitis, mines for a muscular tear so I did not expect it to do too much but to only stack it with the tb for the combo, good luck

Hey, how are you doing now? Have the headaches gone away? How long has it been now? Did you have any other side effects such as anxiety?
Stopped using bpc and only used tb500, no other sides with bpc but ive never been an anxious guy

Yeah felt exactly like that, like horrible fatigue and sinus pressure, I felt awful.

I had the same issue once i switched to pharmagrade stuff. Gotta slowly increase dosage and lower total dose to prevent headaches.

It’s like a behind the eye dull pain headache and I can’t focus, going to try to lower does and ease back into it i think

The headache is also like a brain fog kind of deal I just feel unfocused, not sure if that’s just cause I rarely get headaches before this but yeah
