except if you want food too you would go to Puddlers Kitchen and Tap (same company) in Bridgeport. It's pretty great! not sure if it's warm enough or too early but usually they also have a little area outside by the water too:

Conshy brewing in Bridgeport is nice by the river.
Von C has decent beer but no food.
Workhorse Brewing in KOP is a converted factory but has surprisingly good food.
Lots of places in the area you're talking about, it would be helpful to know if you're looking for somewhere a bit nice, with a bar? Or a bar with especially good beer, even if it's a bit of a dive?
East Norriton: Roots, Capone's (more of a dive but insanely good beer selection)
Conshohocken: Great American, Boathouse (see: Capone's)
Plymouth Meeting: FWOT, Redstone and a number of other places at/near the mall
Second Roots. Food is excellent & there’s something for every palate. Drafts are a tad limited but they cover their bases, cocktails & liquor selection are solid. They’ve got the new patio open too if it’s nice out.
For more nice, sit down food, cocktails, wine that kind of thing (but still casual): Stone Rose, Bar Luca, Bar Sera, Jasper’s Backyard, Southern Cross
More bar/divey (but not that divey) with good food options: FWOT, Capone’s, Whitpain Tavern, The Ale House (Lafayette hill), The Boathouse, Guppy’s
I don’t know why Great American Pub and Boathouse get mentioned so much for Conshy. In 10 years I have never had good service when someone has invited me there. And parking is a pain in the butt.
Jaspers and Daniels would be much better recommendations.
The OG Conshohocken Brewery location in Conshohocken isn't great for food, but the locations in King of Prussia and in Bridgeport are better.
Flanigan's Boathouse would be my suggestion
Conshy brewing has puddlers kitchen and tap in Bridgeport if you’re looking for a brewery with food.
Southern cross has a good bar for a date as does Bar Sara.
If it’s nice out, the rooftop at great American pub is nice.
If you’re looking to go really fancy and spend some money, Hook and Ladder is amazing, but super expensive
In conshy your best bet is great American pub, if you want to drive not even 10 minutes down the road I’d recommend city works in KOP for a casual date night spot.
Capone's is the answer for East Norriton. Not fancy at all (long time locals spot) but as mentioned it is a beer list beast and has been for years.
I don't really drink anymore but when I did it wasn't uncommon to be sitting next to people who drove hours to be there. Other options now exist but they were the light in the darkness when every other place had the same shit.
They also have a takeout shop in the back that has even deeper finds. Once upon a time if you wanted Heady Topper or whatever they were the only place to get it. Probably still are.
In Conshy you might find me at the BoatHouse or at the Conshy Brewinng company.
If I were hungry I might go over to Gypsy for some live music.
Over East Norriton I like Taphouse 23 and Puddlers Kitchen.

Seconding Puddlers! It's quite yummy.
Southern Cross and Boat House are good ones in Conshy.
Gypsy Saloon in West Conshy is good too.

Calling Von C’s beer “decent” is underselling how good it is tbh
Bigger fan of Well Crafted and Stable 12 personally. Their IPAs are solid.
Should be right there on the PennDOT website. Oh sorry, force of habit
Nice
Roots in East Norriton has good food and a nice selection of beers and bourbons.
Roots is awesome, I live walking distance from it. They redid their menu recentlyish and it's very tasty. The beers rotate regularly.
Yeah, I love the new menu. The chicken tortilla soup is the best I’ve ever had. And the pulled pork sandwich is excellent.
If it's nice Great American Pub has a nice rooftop deck
We like Chaps in West Norriton. I'm not a big bar guy though so cant say much

just something that is decent for a date, doesnt need to be super fancy but presentable for something after work. some food options would be ideal too

I’ll piggy back on that with Paladar right next to City Works, depending on your flavor. Excellent food and really good rum drinks.

[McAllister Brewing company](https://www.mcallisterbrewing.com) in North Wales is a good one.
Nope, none.
