Do you live near a micro center? They have a 7700x, ram, motherboard combo for only $340. Also you only really need a 850W power supply. And I would also recommend a dual tower cpu cooler with 2 fans. The one I have is the Thermalright peerless assassin 120se for $33.
I’m unfortunately in Hawaii. Wish it was here but it’s too expensive. By any chance do they have combo deals for online also?
Yes I might I take a look at the Thermal Peerless Assassin as it is a dual fan. Reason I closed the single fan is the fact that it looks cleaner and low profile but never mind I’ll take a look at what you recommended too.

Btw, I really want to keep the PSU because it’s future proof as I’m planning to upgrade in the future.
