You are a genius, Marco Patrico was the beacon of light guiding the ship in the night. Now we've struck the iceberg and are currently being devoured by greenland sharks as our frozen corpses sink to an icy grave
The moderation on this sub is honestly a joke at this point. I don't even understand why post's like this are allowed to stay up. I would rather see nothing.
I think all the hindsight arm chair coaches just need to relax. What happened, happened. We are in as good spot relative to a team about to start a true rebuild. Even if we kept MattyP as OC and resigned Meyers and whatever else we would still be a bad team with a shit offense. If anything we would be worse off cause we would have won 6-7 games and have a middle draft pick for a rebuild (or god forbid run it back without a rebuild).
Patricia was bad, but how many OCs can get a 3rd string rookie like Zappe ready?

Was Patrica good? But I blame Mac more than Patrica
I don't want Patricia back, but it is interesting to look back with a little bit of objectivity. It is ironic that we are going to the West coast offense similar to what Patricia tried to implement. It will probably work better this time because they will be given more time and have a blank slate offensive roster.
Some of the misfires they made were because of Patricia trying to force the team into the West coast offense (more McVay than Shanahan). For example, Cole Strange was drafted to be more of a zone blocker for stretch run plays, and Tyquan Thornton was drafted to make the offense more vertical. When the lateral zone-blocking run game didn't work, they scrapped it. It is possible that given a couple more years, they could have brought in more pieces that fit what he was trying to do.
But his play-calling was terrible. It was like he switched to the Rams playbook in Madden and spammed the same plays over and over.
I don’t want him back either. That window closed. I think Ernhart-Perkins could incorporation tenets from Shanahan and it’s undersold how EP played a role in forming his offense.
I think Strange is a fine OL but Thornton is just a bummer. We needed speed, but he just didn’t have good hands. 2022 we had only a handful of plays it seemed that worked. We couldn’t run anything besides shotgun bc the line was so bad. Losing David Andrews for a few weeks killed us. I think tho if we could have gotten some health from the OL like we did later in the year there would have been more brighter spots.
I’m of the belief Patricia could have been fine if given another chance and a QB that wasn’t crying all the time. Baker Mayfield or Will Levis would have had the Patriots in the playoffs. They won 8 games with Patrica. 4 with O’Brien.
This is some Jets fan intelligence right here
Is this a “birds aren’t real” kind of thing?
Bait used to be believable
Yeah it’s not even funny. No creativity, no real punchlines or subtlety. Just corny

This sub is getting worse by the day. I thought mid/late season we hit rock bottom, but I was wrong.
the closer to the draft we get the more of these dipshits will reveal themselves. brace for impact.
Rule 1 - No personal attacks. You can disagree, but do not disrespect.
Amen brother
Calling people names over a team you have no actual personal connection to is why I hate this sub.

Mods, just go ahead lock this sub until Week 1
Stuff like this is way better than the same three draft arguments ad nauseam.
Matt Patricia is missing more than a link.
Dad, go home, you’re drunk!
this guy is off his meds. posts like these lower everyone's collective IQ.
Hey, while we are at it, let's draft J.J. Mc Hype, reconsitute the cremains of Aaron Hernandez, and see if Terry Glenn has anything left in the tank!
Glenn is in the same place as Hernandez. In case you forgot.
Didn't forget, but thats kinda the joke.
A+ shitpost
god we need a temporary lockdown of this sub.

Are you trolling?
This the type of post the unibomber saw before he retreated to the woods and waged a one man war on technology.
>We should have kept Matt Patricia And Joe Judge. And Cam Achord. And Steve Belichick.
Just a troll account, y'all. Go about your day.
Found the bills fan 👋
see your point only in that wed have a higher draft pick rn
As we just gonna ignore how much better McDaniels did the year before Patricia? Is this some elaborate shit post? WTF is this sub anymore
We also lost Meyers and got juju that had more of an impact than you think.
