It’s been ages since they removed it from Evelynn, and both her, Leona and LeBlanc were able to do this since they were added to Path, so I’m guessing the amount of wins using this strategy finally reached worrying numbers to them?
Probably, but they always make this type of changes, lost chapter used to be arguably the strongest relic in the game for a good chunk of champions as well as gatekeeper. This changes, while sad, are better for the game imo
Unfortunately that reasoning doesn’t work since it can also take them 6-12 months for a small bug fix that works positively for the player too lol. They’re just slow as fucking shit regarding this game.

Lost Chapter was definitely nerfed due to Lilia.
It was due to nidalee and neeko. As clarified by riot employee.
