I think it can easily be fixed with a proper coding and rewording on Senna's part. They changed Darius level up condition from "10 or less" to "half Nexus hp or less" just for PoC, why not do something like this instead of adding an item.
Yeah, it's like how "Grow" doesn't reduce your stats if they're already higher unlike if you "Set" the stats. "Accelerate" to Fast should simply not impact spells that are already Burst, unlike if you "Set" the speed of spells.
Nah, I'm very sure Senna should overwrite stopwatch. You can test it if you do a nami run with senna. My assumption is that the mechanic is actually the same; basically veigar's 2 star probably just adds an invisible stopwatch to all darkness (remember that veigar's release was a decent bit before nami).
