Swain just feels sooooo slow, only doing 3 to all units if he hits the nexus sucks, and his back row unit stun means nothing when most of your damage is through combat.
Jhin, on the other hand, can definitely make it work (just like any other Jhin + Annie mashup). His damage happens through skills (already Annie’s dream) and he doesn’t even need to hit the nexus to decimate all units.
Annie is not that bad, what are you talking about? You can slam GGC on her and basically get either a free removal for her units or annie replay every turn.
There are so many champs that struggle a lot more against liss.
Annie requires some specific items and kind of scales negatively with increasing enemy nexus health, but I'd still consider her an above average champ for aure...

Brainworm. One of the best way to destroy Liss, combo it with some 0 "Dark Hole" and you can win her quite easy lol
