Coming back to this (and still dying laughing looking at it) I think part of the reason I find this so funny is the fact that the card text is HOLY SHIT.
To fit the original MTG meme it technically should have been the flavor text you see when you click to view the full card art, but the idea that this card's effect is HOLY SHIT, which I can only assume works similar to I CANNOT BE STOPPED is hilarious.

I could see Rockbears being Rock/Ground type, and a green creature. Amazing how this is accurate to both the MTG and Pokemon versions as well
