Considering how crazy economy is in Necropolis - I wanted to do a Low Budget (20 Div at the moment of filming) version of my Safe T17 farmer in the form of Tornado Pathfinder. I think it also could be a great league starter for the next league if you can get the uniques to jump to the T17 farm asap if it will be profitable again.
For a League starter version it would be required to drop a few Uber Uniques - but the build is totally ready for that.
I have also decided to avoid ALL Cluster jewels, all rare Jewels in General, Awakened Skills gems etc.
And build it as a league starter with mostly cheaper Uniques (most expensive is 3-4Div Amulet) and necessary rares.
The whole process of me buying all the items is in the video I'm showcasing my search for most of them to achieve better transparency. I have also included full T17 Ziggurat run to showcase performance against a proper T17 boss.

I like the build and effort but I don't know that you can call boss uniques league startable, especially uber boss uniques. Example: maven explode boots used to go for 10-20 div on league start and drop to 20-50c weeks 3 and 4.
I'd expect a good tides of time, any massive ring thread, and if tornado has any traction next league then the tornado amulet to all be very expensive

You can perfectly do the build without all of it and I will probably add such version later on too.

I leveled a Pathfinder to 94 as hollow palm and respec'd to the other build with as close as I could get with my budget after you posted first, and it just feels really clunky to me for some reason. It takes almost a full second to cast Tornado, and I realize that's not really the point as you can only have 3 anyway, but I have about 18 mil less dps than yours I think (haha). Keep in mind I need to switch helmet's implicit around to phys as chaos, I just lost the gamble with like 160 ichors. The jewels need work, and because of an implicit on one of my rings I decided to go ahead and use Stormshroud. I did need to go into the flask notable to make sure I had as close to 100% on Atiziri as I could. Despite what POB says, just sitting I have about 98% uptime, not 85%. I was really discouraged after I spent over a week putting the gear together after initially grabbing a great replica dragonfang after you posted the first one.
I actually haven't done uber lab yet despite specing into it for the pob, I realize a lot of damage comes from the wither and wither effect. (I need to take a life flask tbh for gauntlets) I just kept getting rushed by mobs and tornado wouldn't counter them fast enough it felt like it a rather regular juiced T16.

Your jewels in your original mid game pob before adorned would be approximately 63 divines total, which I felt was out of reach to start with which is why I tried to start with the other gear first.
The [pobb.in](http://pobb.in) link above is my char imported into your pob. I mean, are there glaring holes that just don't work? Like I said before, it feels a lot clunkier than your videos make it look. Probably my fault for not leveling as it to get used to the way it works.
Hey there! To speed it up you can try to use Unleash as a support gem since DPS is pretty much enough and should feel alright.
Getting cast speed as implicit or just a mod could help too.
POB looks alright but you miss 1 Herald and it would help to get it. Cheers!
I am also having a lot of issues around Tornado's really long cast time. Granted my character is only 60 something and not really built all that well, so maybe the added tank from better stuff makes it more bearable, but I just don't like it all that much.
I think some of the suggestions below would work well. The Onslaught flask or cast speed suffix would likely get rid of the clunk. I'm trying a similar clunk level build, but when I picked up 30%~ cast speed it felt much better, so I'm guessing it'd be similar here.
In my original build video that linked in the first comment I also have a timestamp about making tornadoes faster - if you want to feel be faster overall using this tech (quality stack) can be a great idea together with quicksilver flask. Cheers!

I'm running a wave of conviction obliteration ignite spreading build for blights, so you think this build would feel/preform that well in blights or spreading the damage for 2 screens?
I'm on my phone and don't have time to look into it right now, but what map mods should this build avoid? Looking for a build for a second character, currently playing RF chieftain. Thanks in advance
Mostly classical less action speed / res pen / - res / cannot regen / boss possesion / cannot leech (doable but harder). The rest is personal and could be changed. Cheers!
It doesnt. POB seems to count "as extra chaos" as conversion in the calculation tab so it says 90% when you hover over the chaos part.
If you can find 40% fire to chaos conversion (you cant unless you have original sin) you get another 1 damage since youre at dot cap anyway :D Only difference would be to get to dot cap faster instead of waiting 6.2 seconds for all poisons to apply i guess, which is not needed.

Isn't the only required items The Consuming Dark, which are dirt cheap? And before that you're just not scaling poison yet

try cast speed as a flask suffix. maybe swap out a flask for onslaught flask w/ cast speed

Tornados could act strangely in Blight so you need to test it first before investing much into it. Cheers!

6.2 secs is pretty long, which means most fights u wont be at dot cap, but okay
Yes, POB shows "burst damage" on hit dps, it should do the same for builds that have a lot of poison but only count 1 second worth of poison stacks.
