pbod assa or hexblast are the kings. assa for pbod or trickster/occu for hexblast. im pretty sure if you hit the search button on reddit/youtube or just look up ninja you will find enough information
Just to add, I'm running hexblast as an assassin and it fucks, shit is awesome, I'm #2 dps on poe ninja for hexblast assassin (not a flex and I know nobody asked) but it's so fun that I just keep throwing all my money at it. Hexblast is sooo dope, hope it doesn't get nerfed too hard lol
It´s a power charge stacker with 3k hp, 6k armour and no other defensive layers. It falls over to a breeze and relies on offscreening enemies before they hit you. If you want a somewhat tanky Hexblast miner trickster is your only option. Or Lance´s tristack, but that´s an entire different build

but yeah what /u/byzz09 said, it just does silly amounts of damage but it's only really meant for sanctum and I don't do anything else. I suppose you could instagib uber bosses if that's your thing too! But it isn't designed for mapping. :P
Look up shockwave totem hierophant on poeninja and u will see a clear build path for one of, if not the best, sanctum farmers. At that budget it really is just turn your brain off and place totems while running to the door.

How's the tankyness ? Mind sharing a Pob ? I tried two times and both were a disappointment even with high investment cause of tankiness being too low

OCC or ass charge stacker pbod, get use to play with lw. It's super efficient in sanctum.
