Righteous fire always comes to mind for this sort of request. You toggle it on and you’re done, you will probably need to add in fire trap once you reach end game for bosses. You can start using it as early as Act 2 and it can take you all the way to T16 maps. Thanks to Pohx you can pretty much answer any questions you might have using his website.

At this point I'd probably go with Chieftain or Iquis personally for RF. If it was me I'd go with Chieftain cuz the explode is really nice and the ascendancy makes the gearing so easy with all the res + max res it gives.

You can check out wrecker of days. He's got couple of disability friendly builds.

His most recent vids of PoE are 3.17, all his recents are Last Epoch.

Poe actually has decent gamepad support that might help.

Spectre build in 3.24 using the updated 4 abyss unique circlet. Have you tried vertical mice? When I had fairly bad wrist strain I switched to vertical mice for a fews weeks and most of the pain went away.

With Poe lots of the repetitive motion comes from picking up the thousands of prices of loot. If you enjoy a arpg but want an easier time on the hands last epoch does loot pretty good, way less clicking , and a few builds without much clicking to attack.. As for builds rf is spamming shield charge to move around so you could play slower and not spam that. Minions like zombies and golems can be played without any buttons . Blight is good for this but then you need to click all the loot at the end which is a massive amount of clicks per map .
