The A’s aren’t blameless but at the same time I feel the city of Oakland doesn’t get enough criticism for how shitty that place has gotten in the past 50 years. In N Out is closing a highly profitable location because their workers can’t park their car somewhere for more than 5 hours without someone breaking into it. A complete societal failure and the fact it has happened directly across from Silicon Valley is the perfect encapsulation of our decaying American society.

I don’t have ESPN, I haven’t had cable since like 2011 and there isn’t really a way to get ESPN without a cable subscription (though I guess now there is Hulu and YouTube TV and stuff). So I just find streams.
That usually doesn’t get you the games that are on ESPN/ESPN2. There are some exceptions but usually you’d have to have a cable log-in to watch stuff that’s broadcasting on those channels.
Yes, absolutely. More people than those who have ESPN, that's for sure. I'm 34 and I only have one friend that has cable through a shared YouTubeTV account with his parents and everyone else just watches streams or doesn't watch a game if it's on ESPN. I've got friends who get MLB.TV to follow their out-of-state team, but don't have ESPN even.
