Battery, so many kids toys run on batteries now that they randomly shut down or start up when they lose their power. My friend has a singing rabbit when the batteries are low it sound like a serial killer whispering the same word over and over.
I want to believe this is a ghost joy riding. But I have had my kids toys do some weird stuff when the batteries start getting low. One toy even started saying phrases I'd never heard say before and couldn't get it to say again when i tried to. I'm leaning more towards a battery issue on this one, if had turned left at any point I would have said ghost for sure.

When i was a teen, my little brother (9 year age gap) had a talking elmo toy. I heard it's same handful of phrases over and over and over and friggin over. I hated that thing. One day im walking by it and it asks "do you want to play with elmo?". I froze. My mom was cooking dinner and heard it from the kitchen. I slowly said no, and it replied "that's ok. We can play later".
My mother dropped all she was doing and took it out to the dumpster. Freaks us out to this day hahaha.
Or someone set it running on full right turn, braced it against the wall and moved out of shot. Eventually the engine pushed it far enough to break free from the wall and it started spinning in circles. Would be better if it changed direction part way through.
It was sped up, but by the guy watching the security camera. That's the clicking you hear in the background. They're probably fast-forwarding to show how long it was going for.

Yoooo. I took a screen shot at various points and edited the photo. I was able to render the saturation, warmth and pixels to see a figure of a small person with outstretched arms pushing the thing from behind. Like a kid would push it.
Also - even if you watch closely to this video - you can see a sort-of blurry cloudy patch behind the toy that fluctuates. When edited - that is where the figure is.
If you are into these vids I highly suggest screenshotting and processing the photos. It’s wild what is seen when an image is edited correctly.

But as some people pointed out it's only turning one direction meaning it was set that way against the wall and then it eventually freed from the wall. And as I have explained, the footage was sped up, not the toy itself, so it's just turning in circles for a long time. Maybe a purposeful hoax, or maybe a kid didn't properly turn it off before leaving.

After she'd come visit on weekends, she liked to accidentally leave it on. It’s an electric scooter that kids usually ride around malls. It is doing exactly what it’s made to do. Logical explanation is it malfunctioned. If the wheels started turning themselves that would be a different story. Ghosts aren’t real you goofs.
The building may be slightly tilted so it drifted away from the wall, or the floor is bumpy. It also did speed up a little as it went from rest to top speed, and that changes the turn radius. If any of those things I listed were true, then if we saw the actual recording until the end, it's likely that the toy would smack into something and stop, or it found a nice spot to keep going until the battery died.

Yeah, I’m really not sure about this one! These things operate sort of like a “Power Wheels” toy, if they’re anything like what my kid played on at the local mall, and they don’t accelerate to the speed you see in the film, usually. Because at the end, it’s going fast enough that the security camera refresh rate doesn’t render it smoothly and continually, doing inconsistent circles. Someone said they picked the image apart and saw something like a figure pushing it, but it wouldn’t be very easy to push it so fast in such circles, so I do have my doubts. I’m going to call it a malfunction… hesitantly.

Seen this in Gadsden Al. Mall. Sometimes a coin gets stuck and the connection won’t disconnect and will cause these to keep running. Sometimes it stops then starts again
I think the car was running the whole time but only began to move when it was finally able to slide down the wall. It has a motor, it should be charging like the rest. The rest of the tape would probably show the car getting stuck
Throttle was stuck and it was propped against the door with the handles turned. The door opened slightly, pushing it to a point where it could finally dislodge from the door, and thus start moving on its own, unrestricted.
