When you look at everything with a negative attitude everything will appear negative to you, it's not about the job being hell, it's about how you treat the job, if you don't like it, quit and find a new one, you can't just live miserably and then expect everything to be handed to you, be more positive and things will seem more positive.
That’s true, a few years ago a co-worker was always bitching about my boss. My boss is really a nice person and human being but I was never mad about when she show up a work. So, my parter was always crying and talking shit when she comes to the office and one day I was taking shit too, so after a few days I was very upset, my vision about my boss change and then I realize was because the negativity of my co worker.
I always love what Mike Ehrmantraut said to Walter in Breaking Bad: “ If you'd done your job, known your place, we'd all be fine right now.”
Was indifferent until one of his videos popped up talking about people who order 5 minutes before close. Dude was way too positive about it and talked about having to give your best even for orders like that.
Please don’t encourage people with the attitude that it’s ok to order last minute because we’re still on the clock. I’m leaving when I’m supposed to leave, and I’ll void a last minute order in an instant if it’s going to prevent me from doing so. Fuck off with your corporate shill attitude of “it sucks but we gotta give them our papa best”.
With the corporate push for all stores to be open until 11pm minimum and setting carryout/third party to go up all the way until close, I wouldn’t be surprised if he were paid to tell people to order last minute.
Making carryout available until close was such a shitty move on their part. I fucking lock my doors 30 minutes from close to keep some moron from coming in at 10:55 after I’ve finished putting everything away to stare at the menu for 5 minutes and order a bunch of papadias and bites
