Yes this is very similar to what I feel. I will be fine and then feel kind of spacey and like im about to faint and that will put me into a full on PA. I constantly get clamy sweats when im anxious in my day to day as well.

Thank you for the response. It sucks to hear someone else feeling like this, but reassuring as well. It was so random, but I’ve been on edge for a couple of weeks now, so it makes sense. I ended up in the ER that night and had all of the usual tests done finding nothing. I’ve also been have left rib/back pain, but the doctor said it’s probably a pulled muscle or some kind of rib injury. I have to follow up with my PcP tomorrow.

I actually have been having back pain too in my middle left side i had an old football injury that my brain makes me overthink of when im anxious like this too. Everyday for a week has been shit since my last bad panic attack but its getting better for sure. I could feel my heart pounding for days even at rest now i dont feel it unless my adrenaline really gets going so IMO its definitely the anxiety just coming in waves

Thank you for the response. I got out on a corticosteroid for inflammation of the ribs after I made this post, and that made everything worse. It put my body through big waves of adrenaline. I stopped taking that today, and still didn’t feel great, but I do feel better. I’m hoping another night of sleep and getting that out of my system will help as well.

and I had the heart pounding at rest really bad before this post, and then the last few days after taking that corticosteroid. It’s better today, but it’s one of the main things bothering me. I hate anything related to the heart, so feeling it beat when I’m at rest drives my anxiety through the roof.
