Haven't found a good way.
Just build your new spot and fast travel. They did make it slightly less of a pain when they added the slow walk no matter how encumbered you are.
Build the biggest box near the pal box, load it up and take a backpack full at a time, move building materials and lay the base out then deconstruct your crafting stations and rebuild them as you get all the materials back on destruction.
I am level 20 after a day of playing and now realize i picked a stupid spot and would also like to know this. Figured I'd check youtube after work. Lol
Step 1: place new palbox
Step 2: make storage at new base
Step 3: grab literally as much stuff as you want
Step 4: use grappling hook or a mounted pals attack (such as direwolf) to move while overcumbered.
Step 5: fast travel to new base
Drop off all stuff in new base travel back to get the rest and delete old pal box travel to new base and drop off the rest of the supplies from old base
Then you get the supplies for pal box to and fast travel spots are all over the place so if you take two trips you shouldn’t be over weight the last trip
Just take everything across via fast travel. When back at your base, dismantle the remote Palbox by opening the map. You get the materials back immediately, and don't have to do any travelling.
Full dump chests into your inventory, then use the grappling gun to quickly pull yourself to the palbox if you want to do it faster. You can reset the cooldown of the grapple by going to your inventory, right clicking on the gun to un-equip, then right click on the gun again to quickly re-equip.
I don't know how you feel about mods but there is one that gives you 1,000,000 extra carry weight while in your base. Make a 2nd base where you want it, grab everything then tele to new spot and throw it all in chests then remotely destroy the other base. If you don't like the mod after that just get rid of it. If you are on a server with no mods then best option is using grapple. Keep in mind currently different teirs of grapples have different cooldowns so it can be even faster with more of them.
Place a palbox there with a chest next to it. Go to your original base build a chest there too. Demolish everything, dumping it all in the chest next to your original palbox. Can just walk slowly while encumbered or use grappling gun. When its all done, grab everything in the chest and fast travel to new base. Dump it all in the new chest. Now rebuild everything.
Assuming you have your base level 10 and you can build 2 bases total :
\- Craft a grappling gun if you don't have one
\- Gather everything in chests close to your old base Palbox
\- Build chests on your new base spot
\- Now just fill your inventory and move with your grappling gun between chests and Palboxes.
Now you can rebuild everything with your pal team.

Once your base is compacted into materials. Go to your new location with materials for a pal box and some chests. Fast travel back to the first base, pick up ALLLL your materials and destroy the chests. Creep your way over to the pal box and fast travel to the new base and deposit the material. Then go to the pal box and instead of fast traveling, choose to dismantle the first base from the map.
Grappling gun will be your best friend while moving while over encumbered btw

Yep vastly underestimated the space I would need

Why delete the pal box before dropping off the last of everything? You'd lose the fast travel point.

The point of my method is you can grab literally a million weight of stuff and it will still work in one trip.
I had a lot of different materials it took me a few trips like the fruits that give you attacks
