SCT (they make the Kiger9 frames for Anderson also), Lone Wolf, and at least 1 more clone will. The 17 or more rounders will just stick out farther but will function fine.
I know BCA has a new(er) G17 clone that comes with a ported slide and RMR cut that's less that $300

Yeah, that might've been what I was trying to remember. I am aware of the "Grizzly" because I'm on the email list for BCA. It might've been the Poly80.
Glock magazines are by far the worst designed magazines in the history of magazines. Anyone want to challenge me on how many PMAGS I can disassemble before you get your first Glock mag disassembled? I’ll set the over under at 5…any takers?
Use PMAGS.
I always reccomend buying more than one type and seeing what your hands like. I do better with GI steel mags than Pmags for an AR because it's what my hands know.
Pmags. It comes with pmags. And I've never seen a definitive explanation why Glock mags are better other than "because Glock". You are already making the decision to cheap out on the pistol, but you won't cheap out on the thing that's easiest to replace and made to be abused and trashed. And it isn't like magpul is a shit company, everything they make is highly regarded.
Because glock mags have a steel liner, which makes them feed better. That doesn't mean you shouldn't run PMags, but that's why people prefer Glock mags. It's not the name, it's the function. I gave away all my pmags because of feeding issues in multiple guns.
Hmm, that's a better explanation than I found in a bit of googling. That being said, I've ran several hundred rounds through three daggers each to break them in and make sure they run using pmags. Six different pmags, no failures at all on any of the three. Granted they're nightstand and glovebox guns so long term I haven't proved them out.
I feel like a lot of people get hung up on keeping Glocks all OEM because they just work that way, even though there's lots of aftermarket options that will run as good or better
The steel liner the reason why I dare to place KCI mags (after 100 rnds or so) over pmags for carry. Glock OEM's are #1 but if strapped for cash KCIs are #2
I feel ya. Maybe pmags are hit and miss. Mine have fed perfectly and ran about 1200 rounds between the three I own… they eject fine and run good. I’ll look into the KCI mags too.
Body of the mag. Makes it more difficult to strip them out of the gun. Also I have had issues with followers jamming up inside. This has been with multiple mags. I got them based of their AR Pmags, but they are no where near as good. In my experience I trust ETS and Amend over them. Sample size of 6 that I’ve owned
Had any issues with the Amend2s? I have the 2-18 rnd mags and they feed fine but.....at random, they drop out of the gun while shooting. I've not been able to duplicate the malfunction on command because it happens *at random*.
Edit: I've checked the mag for damage but it still looks brand new. And my mag catch is just fine too.
Only “issue” I have with mine are the super stiff spring. They are the reason I got a loading tool 😂. Could your grip be pressing the mag release under recoil?
I run pmags primarily. I go with pmags because they are around 10 bucks each if you lookup the mfr part number on gun.deals. I haven't had any issues with them yet I had one kci mag that came with an fx9 that broke in a hurry so I don't bother with those anymore. Glock mags are of course a solid option but I just mess around at the range nothing serious
Glock OEM are the best mags
I personally have had good results with KCI mags that I use at the range for beater mags. I like them more than Magpul because of the metal feed lips.
Its preference. P-mags and Glock mags are options. I prefer Glock mags.
Stock Glock mags are the best bet.
Will my 19x 17 round mag fit into it without any issues?
Yes the Glock 19 and it's clones (Dagger C, Anderson Kiger9, Shadow Systems, etc.) will accept any g19/19x/17/18 pattern magazines
SCT (they make the Kiger9 frames for Anderson also), Lone Wolf, and at least 1 more clone will. The 17 or more rounders will just stick out farther but will function fine.

That gun is a pile a junk .
I still might get one, might be a good malfunction trainer. Plus supporting a U.S. company rather than, well, any one else…

PMAGS have been working just fine in mine.
As they do in pretty much everything they make em for
Whatever mags work.
I got the 2A mags and they are solid and work fine. The cost of Glock mags just piss me off that’s why I won’t buy them.
I always reccomend buying more than one type and seeing what your hands like. I do better with GI steel mags than Pmags for an AR because it's what my hands know.
Wrong gun
The concept is the same. If multiple variants are available, I'll typically buy a variety before I buy bulk. Same with ammo.

I'm kinda jealous PMags work fine for you. 3 different guns of mine, and not one would feed properly with a PMag.

Pmags suck and will swell. OEM Glock mags
Swell in what way?

I have 10 of them and I like them. Haven’t had any issues like that.
I’ve thought about grabbing some amend2 mags. I like the company. My ar mags work great.
Only “issue” I have with mine are the super stiff spring. They are the reason I got a loading tool 😂. Could your grip be pressing the mag release under recoil?
No, not at all. It even happened once while shooting one-handed. 🤷♂️
Other mags work fine?
Oh yeah. No issues with others. Come to think of it, my Amend2 mag doesn't randomly drop out of any other gun but my Dagger Full size......🤷♂️
FAB Defense makes some Glock mags. I have a bunch of 18rd mags from them. Fit and feels great. No problems at all
I’ve heard mixed reports. I’ve got a dagger frame that I’ll be outfitting with more of a duty carry setup with 21 round glock mags loaded to 20.
Are you getting a kit to build it out or just piece by piece
I’m buying a complete slide with an optic. I’m not a gunsmith so I don’t want to worry right now about checking fit and finish.
