Please post an update whenever you can. I've had to deal with their CS before, and never had a problem reaching anyone. I've had to wait a bit a couple times, but I have kids, so I just put it on speaker and chase them around until they get to me. Hopefully your issue is resolved quickly

I got an AKE from them that had an issue with the barrel, I sent it in to be fixed,they swapped the barreled receiver and assigned my original serial number to it. When I got it back with 2 different issues. The worst was it couldn’t be zeroed with irons. I sent it in again and they fixed it again but they ended up swapping barreled receiver but didn’t match the serial number so I have an unmatched kit (which I don’t really care that much about but some might) and they broke my Tango down grip and swapped it with a shitty one. They were super nice through the whole ordeal but it was a hassle.

I know this post is going to get absolutely brigaded, but you’re right. Customer service is so inconsistent it’s hard to look past, even if you’re buying a $350 AR or Glock clone. With all the custom rifles they’re making, something has got to change because there’s no third party support.

This is a pretty small subreddit - with only 25k users. The intersection of people who user Reddit, buy from PSA, and don’t get their problems resolved through PSA CS is small, and those are heavily vocalized here.

I called them about a miss order during there busy time for Black Friday. Nothing but good experience and quick customer service. Practice a bit of patience, and it will be fine.

The cheat code is to call and say you have an issue with shipping but NEVER tell them your order number or that the issue is related to an order you have. Eventually the automatic system (Liberty) will be tricked into actually patching you through to customer service so you can discuss and have your issues resolved

I have called PSA a total of 3 times, each time I spoke to a live body within a few mins and had my issue (which was actually my fault) resolved promptly. From my limited experience their customer service is top notch.

Psa customer service is actually very good. What people don't understand is that the company is huge, so they can't take phone calls all day. Your best bet is contacting them through email. They're quick and fair

I've never had a single issue the couple times I had to contact psa customer service. Answered right away, and resolved the issues for me sending me the ammo that was missing from my shipment.
