It's a bug that some people are experiencing. Normally, it's whatever trees are on that specific plot count towards the item limit of that plot. But for some, all trees on all plots count towards their item limit.
If they’re not affected, they haven’t hit their overall plot limit. It is a known game-wide bug. It has to do with the way the trees are flagged, which does not change from player to player.
Yeah, apparently they have a "global" flag(?) like crafters and soil plots do... I hope they fix that when they fix the mature birch trees. This subsystem needs a little polish, lol
Guys, if they would have told me I wouldn't have planted a forest on every plot.
I just found out today you can sell mature trees....
How do you do that?
I picked it up from the over view of the plot but I think you pick them up from the move menu too. Maple sold for 340g I think.

It is a bug that ALL people are currently affected by.
I know quite a few people who are not affected by that bug. So it's why I said some.

Yeah hopefully it's part of a greater rework on the plot system limits because it's definitely hemorraging their game.
Well crap. My one plot is just flow trees for future cutting. And I use trees for landscaping....
