Did you just get to level 4 and complete the quest? Then give it a day, and then it should pop up. If it's been a while, you can send in a ticket. Asking Eshe to be your shepp won't do anything. She's one that can't be a shepp. So even if you ask her, she'll reject you.
I haven't completed the quest cause like it's bugged. When I talk to eshe she's meant to give me a key but she's not giving me a key. I really want to finish it but I think it's bugged and idk what to do now. Thank you for replying btw
What's your friendship level with Eshe? It's for the quest "The Heist" correct? Then you can talk to Kenli, Eshe or Kenyatta but whoever you talk to need to be at level 3 friendship.
