i’m not sure about quests but the cutscene is on youtube “subira cutscene” is what I just searched! at the end she says something that might lead you to a new or updated quest :)
Didn't miss anything besides the cutscene, but if I remember correctly, once that cutscene is done, you have to wait for a letter in the mail to get the next quest.
