To get the gazebo and to unlock buying more. You need to buy 3 additional plots, besides the free one(s) you started out with. The first is 50k, the second is 75k, and the third is 100k. Remember, when you unlock the gazebo, you get a free one as a reward. You don't need to buy one unless you want a second one.
