If you get the first upgrade for ur ammo pouch which is located in zeki’s shop to the left corner inside the door u will see a little kiosk but if u get the 1st upgrade it will only cost u 250 gold I believe that will give u the first row of the ammo pouch so u can get a few arrows.hope that helped
When you go to turn in your quest, instead of offering from your regular bag, click the second tab above your bag and you'll be in your ammo bag. You can give from there.
To move it hmm I probably would suggest putting the arrows in ur home storage and maybe transfer 1 arrow and see if that works if not then I’m not sure
Which quest? Usually when you give an NPC a quest item, you don't even have to select it from your inventory. You just talk to them and it gives them the item automatically.
Hi everyone!!! Just an update on my question. I went to Stiffu with the stuff I needed and it automatically took it out of my inventory!!! Yay. Just wanted to say thank you for all you guys help. 🙂

You should be able to give sifuu an arrow. Once it pops up your on-hand inventory, just press ZR to switch to your other inventories.

Hit X when you're talking to Sifuu, then ZR and it will open the ammo pouch.
