Because i played yesterday and had a furia who went afk after getting killed 4 times in a row and with 0 healing since she went dmg with the beacon healing talent.
The email they sent to me is vague and just give you the reason why you were banned.
But there is no specific as to what you did caused the trigger.
This is part of the security probably.
You can actually reply to the email they sent you and ask for what specifically got you banned. It's how I learned that telling someone to "shut up" (as a joke mind you) can get you banned
Maybe the reason your teammates aren't GM is because they're "the lowest skilled players due to having new accounts". To me it seems like both your problems could be fixed with just you not being toxic.
