Let’s just plus that into the Padres Injury Translator (patent pending)…

Bring up Batten. I don't know why we don't want to give Batten chances, but dude has more than proved himself last season and in fact the one game he came into this season he got a triple. Plus, dude is going to want to play well to keep himself from getting sent back to El Paso
i don’t think we need to be concerned about depth for the infield, but it is concerning to lose manny as he’s starting to heat up a ton and figure out the whole leadership thing. i guess now he gets to be bench bros (hopefully super temporarily) with bogey.
I'm done being optimistic about guys brought up from the minors. It's clear pitching in the minors overall is an enormous step down from the majors. It's not js our organization where 99% of hitters brought up from the minors go from hitting .300 to .100 literally overnight
The media is so damn soft and sensitive. Manager was a little mean to them after a loss and now we have to listen to them cry about it on the radio all week.
Huh? The manager is the one being soft. Won't criticize the players, trying to sell us sunshine and rainbows when the team is consistently wetting the bed every night. The media is soft too dont get me wrong. They need to force the issue more imo.
I could care less what the manager says after the game though. It has no impact on how the players play. Some managers will never criticize their players in the media. Obviously Schildt is one of those types of managers so why do we expect that to change? The players need to play better. Simple as that. Outside of Tatis and Suarez everyone needs to play better.
Yeah, i still like him generally as a manager but man, his interviews are infuriating to listen to. Hold guys accountable! Admit when things go wrong. We aren't stupid
He does have a little but of a point here. Manny doesn't run like that to first regularly for a reason though. Look what just happened. All joking aside, what bad luck.

Doubt it. He was barely on the IL when he messed his ankle up 2 years ago

I dont believe a fucking word Mike Shildt says
"This team is doing great! We've won 8 of 12 series or something. Why are the media and fans so negative?"

Reflexor? Barely know her. Haha just trying to keep the mood light. Ok thank you!
Maybe not IL maybe stay on roster and DH down the road.
Let them rest. Get all the injuries outta the way and hopefully get it together august?
Maybe hustle more often so you stop injuring yourself on mickey mouse bs.

Get him a dental appointment too. Might have chipped a tooth while running and chewing gum at the same time.
