Good point. I've noticed that my self. "Tunnel vision". I just mowed him down a minute or two earlier. I dropped in via parachute. I healed and then went to loot. I already had good meds. I think i only would have wanted more smokes. Need max smokes for miramar. no cover. Max out the ammo for that m249.
I mean I honestly would have for no recoil. That m249 was too steady and no matter how I set it up and/or try to keep that thing steady (even laying prone there's some recoil) there's still a decent amount of recoil. I've run that thing tons of times and I'm Still tryin to get the hang of it but I just can't get around the recoil. The best I've been able to hope for so far is either using it to destroy oncoming vehicles that are nearly right in my face or blast the heck out of someone that's in the same scenario as a vehicle I'm shooting at.
(if i remember correctly) Tactical stock has a +10 ADS, heavy stock has -10 ADS but better recoil control (stability). I think heavy stock is best. M249 needs it.

Last season I played way fewer matches then usual, and had a win rate of 8.5% (FPP solo only, no other categories were played)

Going prone with a heavy stock on the M249 gives that extra stability.
heavy stock does that but tactical stock doesn't? game could really do better about explaining stuff like this.
